Hello, my name is Hanssel. I went to Miracle Toyota on 12/21/2024 for maintenance on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma at 50,090 miles. I went for an oil change, tire rotation, disc and drum brake inspection, and to check a few more things. However, despite saying on the ticket that the mechanics rotated the tires, it was not actually performed. I had previously made small markings on my two front tires, and even though I was told my tires had been rotated and was charged for it, the marked tires had not been moved. That also leaves me in doubt as to whether the oil was changed and the brakes inspected. In the past at other Toyota dealerships, I have been given an inspection sheet that showed tire and brake wear, etc. There was no inspection sheet given after this appointment. At check out I did discuss the tire rotation issue with the service advisor, who removed the charge for the tire rotation. However, it is disturbing that your shop is charging for work that they are not performing, and it undermines the trust customers have with bringing their cars to the dealership for Toyota service. I have been servicing my car at Miracle Toyota for the past 2 years. Recently during servicing, Miracle Toyota realized that they made a mistake. They acknowledged their error, and supplied me with a service car until the issue was resolved. That degree of honesty and care is rare. I would definitely recommend servicing vehicles here. I would also like to acknowledge my service advisor Josh who is new in the role but ensured exceptional customer service throughout my vehicle service.

The people at this dealership went above and beyond to help me with an issue that wasn’t even theirs, it was unbelievable, unheard of. I had purchased a vehicle from an auction that was a turn in at Miracle Toyota. The buyer at the auction didn’t complete the title paperwork in SC and I wasn’t able to register the vehicle in my state. They wouldn’t return my calls or anything. The only other info I had was a Miracle Toyota. I took a chance and called the last name that was on the title as the Seller from Miracle Toyota and got in touch with Courtney. I told her my situation and she was immediately helpful. Courtney and Accounting Manager Nawasa were Heaven sent angels. The story is too long to post here but they both went above and beyond to help someone who wasnt even their customer with an issue that wasn’t even theirs. Courtney called in a favor for me and Nawasa stayed late on a Friday to assist me when she could have gone home to her family. They both exhibited the Southern hospitality that we always hear about. I have always been a Toyota fan. My first paid off vehicle was a light blue 1992 Toyota Corolla. And once my money is my own again and kids are down with college I’m coming down to Miracle Toyota to get that Capstone Sequoia. When I say something I keep my word. So Courtney and Nawasa if you are still there when I’m ready I’ll see you soon. Thank you so much for your help. I appreciate you. I scheduled service for 10-24-24 days in advance. I never received an email confirmation. On 10-23-24 I called and was informed that I was not on the books. I then rescheduled for 10-28-24 at 1045. I arrived at 1030 (I live an hour away). My vehicle sat. I finally inquired at 1230 if I indeed had an appointment. They asked me what my name was and what vehicle was mine. I told them and they got it in the bay. It was ready at 1309. I was then identified as a Mrs. Wilson. My last name is not Wilson. But that is the name they have assigned to my VIN. They asked if I bought the vehicle from Mrs. Wilson. "No. I bought it new, from you". They told me that their computer system received an update in June 24. And since then their system has been all messed up. If indeed this is the case, the lack of customer service is not on the Service Techs or those in the shop. But lies with the upper management and owner of the dealership. I was told upper management is aware of the computer issue. That is 4 months folks. That is unacceptable. I have to wonder just how many customers have had their appointments cancelled, extended wait times, and/or identity changed due to this identified problem. This was a much better dealership when the name "Bob Richards" was on the sign. Take ownership of this! And as of today (11/01/24) I have yet to receive a survey email from you. John Paul

I bought my car there and it was an okay experience. I went there to get my vehicle serviced for routine maintenance. I had an appointment but it still took them almost three hours to get done. They claimed it was because it of everything I needed to get done (oil change, rotatation, general check, and wipers). Not believable and whole time guy's tone was patronizing. They tried to get me to waste even more time there by adding a brake job and other services. They didn't even tell me about the open recall on my car. I was already at the two hour mark. And more than once, I caught the guy's eyes down my shirt. He tried to look away quickly. Very different dealer service experience than from where I was living before. Don't talk down to customers, see them on time when they make an appointment, and it's very easy to keep your eyes on face and not chest. I would never go back. Only thing they have going for them is that they finally completed my service. Technicians are probably fine, but the scheduling and crap service guy were not.

Updated.... Can I make it 0 stars? Well, Milton Ruben service appointments were booked and i needed to service two vehicles. 2203 Rav 4 and 2023 4 Runner Had appointments for both Waited in the service bay area for 20 mins before anyone walked up. No other customers ahead of me Oil Change and Tire rotation on both needed Tried to sell me a set of tires that i didn't need took 2 hours 30 mins to finish both vehicles so adding in the wait time in bay, almost 3 hours. Will make sure to get appointment with Milton Ruben before my next service. Updated 08/23 Thought i would give the "New Owners" a try again. Same old story as the old. Overpriced Market adjustment game. Take the drive across the river to Milton Ruben if you want a good deal on a new Toyota. Just bought a new TRD 4 Runner well under MSRP...Miracle would not even come down to MSRP off their market adjustment. I have heard a few horror stories about Bob Richard’s bait and switch, jacked up parts cost on Service as well as unethical practices with the dealership side but i thought i would give it a try to see for myself. They more than lived up to their reputation with my experience. This started out with a True Car inquiry through SAMS Wholesale. I was contacted about the 4Runner i was looking to buy. After a few emails back and forth I was given a price of 40,700 on a DEMO with over 5,000 miles. I was also told that there may be some room for Negotiation if i came to the dealership. “Show i am really interested” Well, i went there and was meet by a nice guy who did a good job of showing the 4Runner. We took it for a drive and i liked it. I told them i needed to be under $40,000 out the door and the Internet Sales Manger Michael A told me that would not be a problem. I could drive home that day if i wanted. I needed to verify VIN and Miles with Credit Union since it was a DEMO so i told them i would call them back after I did that and would come back and get it. Well, i called back and the out the door price jumped from $39,950 to $43,517. It seems they add a “Murphy Auto Group Package” for over $2000 on top of their dealer fees and other crap they add. Typical Bait and Switch that gives the Car Dealerships a bad name. After a back and forth with the person that gave me the original price, the GM called and told me that the Murphy Auto package was added to all their vehicles. I guess that helps cover that “Complimentary” 225,000 mile Power Train Warranty that they tell you is free with every New Car Purchase. Well, I won’t be dealing with them again. I will take my Tundra somewhere else to be serviced as well. I don’t want anything to do with a dealership that practices this unethical behavior. Save your time and Avoid these Crooks.

Michael was a great sales person! Honestly the whole team was great between the managers and our wonderful finance lady. they restored my faith in car buying from a dealership after my last car buying experience was a nightmare at herndon Chevrolet. Me and the wife were looking for a cheap used car to get me back and forth to my new job. They happened to have one on the lot that I was interested in. We met Michael and he was very thorough as I inspected the car. Unfortunatly there were a few things I did not like about the used car and decided it was not for me. Mike asked what I was looking for in a car and asked me to give him a minute. He pulled around in a new camry and explained that in my situation I could easily get into the camry and let us do a test drive. We fell in love with the car and the wife was not gonna have me driving a newer car than hers so we "decided" to get a matching set. You will never guess who got the better trim package.... yes I'm a bit jealous... but my real fear was getting into the finance office. That is where I had the nightmare at herndon where they destroyed my credit. But miracle Toyota lived up to its name. They only ran our credit once and got us in the cars at the same price mike gave us. No tricks, no huge surprise fees and we were actually able to take a nice ride when we left without feeling like we were being taken for a ride. I honestly feel happy to have these new cars in my driveway! They stayed inside of my budget that I set from the beginning. They really did a fantastic job and my daughter is already working to save for her new camry in the near future. It's well worth the drive as we live in Columbia. But we will make the drive to see Michael whenever we need a new car for any of the kids. Or for when the kids take over our cars and we need a new one lol. Thank you guys so much!

This is going to be a weird review from someone who didn't buy a car from Miracle Toyota. However, I still must write about my good experience. Living rather far away from the dealership (~3h), it was one of the few around Atlanta that has the car and color that I wanted. The sales team was very reponsive and very willing to accomodate my requests. The team furnished the information that I wanted very quickly and in fact have the best price on the car. The professionalism of the team was top notch. They are responsive and did not let me feel pressured. This is the right way to treat your potential customers. If you are buying a Toyota from a slightly distant town, you should definitely give them a call!

The service department is very shady. Paid for oil change and tire rotation. They did not rotate the tires and left oil dripping off the filter housing. I have my tires rotated on every service so there's no telling how much money they have received for no service. Make sure you mark your vehicle before going here so you can insure you're getting what you pay for.

After purchasing my new car my salesman TJ ghosted me after a few days. I asked a few questions about the car here and there and tried to get my wheel covers replaced after they flew off the car not even 12 hours after signing the paper. Customer service was definitely difficult to deal with in the sales department as I felt stressed even thinking about calling up there. I can only assume I was ghosted because I got a good deal on the car and they felt that their job was done. I'm sorry but if I'm spending $25k+ on something you better believe I'm going to ask questions about it. After being ghosted by TJ for about 3 days I finally got fed up and went up there to get a new set put on by the sales manager, Derrick. However, the wheel covers are clearly cheap pieces of plastic that fly off once you hit highway speeds. I reached back out to Derrick and explained the situation and sort of just accepted that the vehicle has wheels I didn't want and asked if I could pay for a center piece of one wheels since it came off with the cheap wheel covers and never heard back. I have since ordered a center piece off of Amazon and accepted defeat. Miracle Toyota had originally won my business over because their service department has done a much better job with working on my cars than Milton Ruben, but I can assure you I will not be purchasing another vehicle from here.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with the service department at Miracle Toyota of North Augusta. I want to share my story to warn others about their unethical practices. Last month, I replaced my car's air filters myself. When I visited the dealership, I waited for 4 hours while they serviced my vehicle. When they reviewed the services performed and the charges, they claimed my air filters were really dirty and had replaced. They also mentioned rotating my tires. I informed them that I had just replaced the air filters myself, so they couldn’t be dirty. The staff member removed the charges and handed me my keys. Upon inspecting my car, I found that the air filters were the same ones I had installed. Additionally, I had marked my tires, and they were in the exact same positions, indicating that they had not been rotated. This experience makes it clear that the service department at Miracle Toyota of North Augusta charges for work they do not perform. I will never have my car serviced here again and strongly recommend that others avoid this place. Their business practices are shady, and they are scamming customers in the service department. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE.

Ms. Krystal Del Rosario, (finance manager) is one of a kind. I would recommend anyone to Miracle Toyota for as long as she's around. She went above and beyond to help us. She made calls, answered questions, and genuinely showed concern and unwaivering patience to assist for hours. This is a customer who previously purchased a vehicle and had questions about the finance company and her current payments. I love how my previous post with pictures of proof got deleted. Now I see how they have such great star reviews.. they delete the bad ones. This is the absolute worst place to get your car serviced. They try to get you for everything. They messed up my charging port, after treating me like I was dumb. They drained my battery and told me I needed a new one. I drive a 22 Highlander platinum. After they jumped my car off (even though they said my battery was so dead that it wouldn’t hold a charge and I needed a new one asap), took it TWO MILES down the road to Advance and they checked the battery.. perfect health. The majority of the people I’ve worked with in the service department are rude. And always be prepared to sit in there for 3+ hours for an oil change. But I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE. Even if it’s to the Toyota dealership in Augusta/ Evans area. Literally, anywhere else.

What a poor service experience! Made an appointment for a recall on-line for 8am. Arrived 10 minutes early for write-up and that has to be one of the poorest excuses for a write-up process I have ever experienced. No wonder you told me I didn't have recall on my vehicle. After getting home I checked Toyota's site and Carfax and both of them show an open recall. I wasted 55 minutes plus 40 miles and that time to get there. I called for the GM and guess what no return call. I figured that would be the case, but I was giving them a chance. Now there is no chance, I guess I will have to take both of my Toyotas to a different Toyota store for service. There is more to this saga, but this gets the idea across. What a poor excuse for a service department!

Our family had been in need for a bigger suv for quite some time but we couldn’t find a model that checked all our boxes until the Grand Highlander came out. When we were finally ready to head to the dealership and do a test drive we met TJ. We could tell immediately that he was not like other salesmen we had experienced that were super pushy. Test drove vehicle, agreed upon price-signed paperwork with VIN/price, went to bank returned with cashier's check but salesman says that's for another truck in the back "just like the one you drove". Sticker with lower price but he's trying to sell it for the same price as the one I drove. Point out the difference in cost, features-say I want the one I negotiated for and drove, says it'll be $1,000 more! What a waste of time! Classic bait and switch. No wonder I wasn't provided a copy of the paperwork I signed also said a credit card deposit to hold it while I went to the bank wasn't necessary (would have locked in the price for that VIN/vehicle). Waste of time!!

Would not let this place service your vehicle. They had no respect for my brand new tundra. They kept my truck all day long and I had an appointment at 8am. Still had to call and ask if it was done at 6pm. Sent in to have 2 recalls serviced. When I picked up the truck it was covered in grease marks from someone laying their hands and body on the truck. Wasn't in just one location it was all over the truck. I still cannot figure out why the mechanics were in my back seat. Had grease marks from someone laying down on the leather. I have completely lost the new vehicle smell just from this one appointment. Have sent pictures and feedback to toyota hopefully this will stop. Would not let this dealership sell or service my brand.

Worst experience I have ever had as a vehicle owner!!! Noone knows who manages this dealership, even the employees, could never get an answer on my vehicle maintenance, my shock absorbers went out less than a year after I purchased this car and I had to fight just to get them to replace, still not sure if they are fixed and the service manager at the time a Mr. Reyes was so rude to me. Would never recomend anyone purchase a vehicle from this dealership!

The service has deteriorated since coming under new ownership. The quality of customer service is poor. People fall asleep in the lobby while waiting for their vehicles to be serviced; I myself waited over two hours for an oil change.

So this place use to be my go to place. I had new tires put on my car 3 weeks ago, went yesterday to get them rotated. My usual person Michael was not their. "All of the sudden" I need brakes and a drive belt which she said was going to cost me 700.00 for everything. Never once said anything 3 weeks ago. I called Jim Hudson Toyota, the same repairs were estimated walking out the door price 365.00 Guess who is working on my car? The sales people are nice,but the service department needs work! Will not be back for any work to be done on my car and sadly that's where I bought it.

I should’ve been excited about my new car, but they took that excitement from me! 1. When we bought the car the salesman lied about it coming with the trunk Matt. 2. When we got there outside of car wasn’t detailed from being outside with pollen all over it. 3. Didn’t notice until I got home but he took the sales paper off the windows and the floor paper balled it up shoved it in the middle Consol and glove compartment. Too lazy to throw it in the trash. 4. Department called me three days later telling me she couldn’t find our check which was the down payment then called me back and told me she found it I was thinking why don’t you find it before you made the call? 5. Then the next day after I got the car the tint on the window was scratched so I called and they said they would fix it. 6. Took it and they gave me a rental for 10 days on the 10th day I called and the first thing they said is what rental car are you in? I said, what do you mean y’all gave it to me. She said I am so sorry. It slipped through the cracks. Your window was done the next day. No one reached out to call you. 7. So I get down there and the sales manager takes me in the room and says he has been looking for that car for 10 days that the salesman that sold me the car that put me in the rental car didn’t log it in. 8. When I went to look at my car, the tent was messed up in another area so needless to say, I had to take it back Leila and I sit there for three hours just to go outside for them to tell me the man scratch my window really bad while putting in the tint so they had to re-order a window and re tint it. Needless to say through all this they wouldn’t give me corporate office number, so I called Connecticut dealership and they gave it to me. I reported all this. I kept getting apologies after apologies through all this but they kept making the situation worse!

I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had with Marlo in Sales at Miracle Toyota in North Augusta. Our salesman, Michael, was very patient and friendly. The only thing we were not satisfied with was the car we bought not being detailed very well while we waited a very long time to finish up with the finance portion of the sale. Other than that they gave us a really good trade-in offer and the sales team we encountered and worked with were really nice.

She even texted me the next business day to be sure everything went okay when I brought in the cashier’s check to pay for the car!!
